So glad for this. I’ll be remembering these three for the future: persuade, ally, activate.

The next question that came to mind, is how well these three levels of action work on institutions that don’t directly pay us as designers.

I’d love to learn from activists, insurgents, and altogether good troublemakers on what strategy and tactics help pressure, delay, and destroy unethical systems like those.
